Check-in and Check-out Time
- Check-in time is at 2:00 PM. Check-out time is at 12:00 noon the following day.
- Early check-in or late check-out will depend on room availability and will be subject to the following charges:
- Early check-in: Before 9:00 AM at 100% room charge; After 9:00 AM at 50% room charge.
- Late check-out: Before 6:00 PM at 50% room charge; After 6:00 PM at 100% room charge.
- However, this is subject to availability and at the hotel’s discretion.
- Early Departure: If a guest checks out before their reserved check-out date, the hotel will charge for the entire stay, and no refunds will be given.
- During Peak season and Tet holidays, 100% charges will apply for any early check-in and late check-out arrangements.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience at Sapa Jade Hill Resort & Spa, we kindly request that you notify us of any cancellations in writing before the specified deadline. Late cancellations may be subject to the following fees:| Normal Season | Peak Season | Cancellation Charges |

- The warranty period is 7 working days from the time you receive the goods. If the product cannot be repaired under warranty, we will apply the Product Exchange and Return regulations.
