Our 5th wedding anniversary trip became truly special thanks to choosing Sapa Jade Hill as our getaway destination.
We stayed in a charming wooden bungalow with a balcony overlooking the Muong Hoa Valley, where morning sunlight pierced through the early mist and gently lit up the young green rice terraces. The atmosphere was so tranquil we could clearly hear the rustling leaves and birdsong echoing through the trees as if we were living in the forest, yet with full modern amenities and exceptional cleanliness.
The front desk staff even gifted us a handmade pastry along with a sweet anniversary note, a thoughtful gesture that truly touched our hearts.
Every day spent here was memorable. Thank you for giving us such a perfect stay.

My first experience booking and staying at Jade Hill Sapa was in November 2024, and both my partner and I were truly happy with the trip.
About the view:
Every corner of Jade Hill Resort carries a charming and sophisticated beauty from the architectural details to the thoughtful layout. The gardens, pathways, restaurant area, and reception hall all feel modern yet still cozy, preserving the cultural essence of Vietnam’s Northwest. We originally booked a Mountain View Bungalow, but upon arrival, the resort informed us that we had been upgraded to a Panorama Bungalow with views over Muong Hoa Valley, free of charge to enhance our stay. (Perhaps due to low occupancy at the time, but regardless, I highly appreciate this thoughtful service policy.)
The Panorama Bungalows offer truly stunning and peaceful views. From the balcony, you get a sweeping, captivating view of the mountains, valleys, and the signature scenery of Sapa. Oh, and the bed came with a built-in heating layer the first time I’ve ever slept on such a fancy temperature-controlled mattress :))) The bathroom was also relaxing and everything was neat, clean, and well-prepared. A special tip: try the Dao herbal bathwater provided by the resort, it’s great for circulation and warming up in the chilly weather. I remember it cost around 195,000 VND per bottle (including VAT), perfect for a wooden tub that fits two. Highly recommended!
Overall, every experience at Jade Hill was beyond impressive and left us completely satisfied. This place helped preserve the most beautiful memories of our trip.

I stayed in a bungalow and I feel like I’ve never had such a quiet and peaceful stay in my life. In the evening I watched a gentle drizzle from the bungalow, played soft music, and had a drink. It was truly healing. It was so quiet, atmospheric, and impeccably clean. I heard that most of the furnishings inside the bungalow are made from palm wood including the bed, desk, bathtub, door, and chairs.
All the staff were so kind. Five stars honestly would not be enough. In particular, the female staff member at the front desk was extremely friendly.
Although I stayed for two nights, the last night was booked without breakfast included. Still, when I checked out in the morning, they kindly gave me a sandwich and some fruit. I was so grateful for that.
The resort is a bit away from the town center, so getting to the night market or central restaurants requires a taxi or Grab. That said, many taxis are available right at the front gate, so it is convenient.
(Taxis are slightly expensive, around 70,000 VND or about 3,900 KRW to the center.)
If I ever travel to Sapa again, I would absolutely stay at this hotel once more. Highly recommended!

The staff are friendly and attentive, the rooms are sophisticated and cozy. The resort is ideally located, just enough to enjoy the tranquility, but still within walking distance of the center. We especially loved the little cookies and story cards sent each night, a simple yet heartwarming detail. We are already planning to return and are even thinking about having our wedding here. Thank you everyone for a wonderful stay. Everything was perfect!

This resort is breathtakingly beautiful, the location is just perfect not too far from centre yet not too close to have a really peaceful stay, during our stay the staff were extremely courteous and helpful, we did many a buggy rides between the rooms and the lobby and staff always responded to our requests special mention to young boy Giang who must have drove us up and down countless times, the food was excellent and the attention to detail was to the point, I really recommend this resort for a family or a couples stay to enjoy the serene and beautiful Sapa a crown jewel in Vietnam.
