To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience at Sapa Jade Hill Resort & Spa, we kindly request that you notify us of any cancellations in writing before the specified deadline. Late cancellations may be subject to the following fees:

The warranty period is 7 working days from the time you receive the goods. If the product cannot be repaired under warranty, we will apply the Product Exchange and Return regulations.
