All reservations require full payment as confirmed. The resort offers secure online payment via the website or bank transfer, ensuring a fast and convenient booking process. Once payment is completed, the reservation is confirmed and services will be provided according to the specified schedule. The resort reserves the right to cancel any booking if payment terms are not met

Guests are kindly requested to notify the resort in writing regarding any cancellations within the specified period. During regular periods, cancellations made more than thirty days in advance are free of charge. Cancellations from eleven to twenty-nine days in advance incur fifty percent of the service value, while cancellations within ten days or no-shows are charged at one hundred percent. During holiday periods, the corresponding deadlines are sixty days, thirty-one to fifty-nine days, and zero to thirty days.

Check-in is at two o’clock in the afternoon and check-out is at twelve noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and applicable fees. Arrivals before nine o’clock in the morning are charged at one hundred percent of the room rate, from nine o’clock to before two o’clock in the afternoon at fifty percent. Departures after twelve noon to before six o’clock in the evening incur fifty percent, and after six o’clock in the evening incur one hundred percent. Early departure after check-in will be charged for the entire stay and is non-refundable. During holiday periods, all early arrivals or late departures are subject to a one hundred percent fee.

One child under six years old stays free in Deluxe Bungalow, Deluxe Valley View, Bungalow Mountain View, and Bungalow Panorama View rooms. For Nest Villa, up to two children under six years old stay free per villa.
